In Access97 I'm writing a short routine that loops through the tables

collection. I want to write the various table DDL information to an Excel

file. How can I do that? Alternatively, would it be a whole lot easier to

simply write a tab-delimited string to a text file; then manually import

that into Excel?

Thanks!

There's some information about automating Excel at

http://www.mvps.org/access/modules/mdl0006.htm at "The Access Web", or you

can take a look at my July, 2005 "Access Answers" column in Pinnacle

Publication's "Smart Access". You can download the column (and sample

database) for free at http://www.accessmvp.com/djsteele/SmartAccess.html
