ASP.NET, SQL Server, WPF, C#, VB.NET

I'm using a neat idea by Chris Mills from an old post (2004) to 
 
incorporate updates with Access 2002 Runtime. All seems to go well and 
 
the runtime installs on a clean machine but then fails to run. Dialog 
 
says 'Please Wait while windows congigures Access 2002 Runtime' goes 
 
through a progress bar and then...nothing. No errors, just nothing. . 
 
There are 2 files updated that are not in the ddf, IntlDate.dll and 
 
Msowc.dll. I've tried adding references to these but don't know where 
 
to put them and if added at the end of the file make no diffrence. 
 
Any ideas would be welcome as this is a great idea and way better than 
 
having users run the MS Runtime update

Cheers Chris, will look at MS solution, but have have learned alot 
 
about cabs from trying your process. An excellent idea that noone else 
 
seems to know about. Have seen many Qs about this subject with no 
 
solution offered. Definatley been a big help.

I think the ddf (the one I listed) was for SP1, and now there's SP2 and SP3 of 
 
course. 
 
What I found was that the file order was CRITICAL, it is not alphabetic order 
 
for instance. 
 
I can no longer remember where I got the ddf from, but I think it's the order 
 
in which you see them in the CAB (with WinZip or something) and I had to make 
 
it myself. 
 
I notice that Microsoft may have addressed the issue themselves, and if so it 
 
may be more reliable to use their method to update the runtime files
