ASP.NET, SQL Server, WPF, C#, VB.NET

whenever i try to log on to ESO, it says that there was a connection problem. 
 
but i am still able to go online and my internet strength is fine. what would 
 
be the problem?

Is this a new issue?  If so, what changed since the last time it worked? 
 
Have you rebooted your computer since the problem first ocurred?
