ASP.NET, SQL Server, WPF, C#, VB.NET

I've installed he game on a new laptop. I cannot see the houses built and in  
  
some cases I cannot even see the workers or the army. When a building is  
  
built I can only see a square piece of dust. I do not think this is normal. I  
  
am very dissapointed. I've installed latest verson of directX and also tried  
  
changing some of the game graphic settings. Any ideas? Thanks.
