ASP.NET, SQL Server, WPF, C#, VB.NET

Using AX 4.0 and receivied a new BUS layer from our software vendor along 
 
with replacement label files.  Shut down AOS, copied to application 
 
directory, restarted AOS, waited then started client.  The new application 
 
menu items are are label ID codes.  Was told to delete the label indes files 
 
to have the system rebuild.  Still no luck.  Any documentation I have says 
 
to start AX up in two tier mode to have the index rebuilt but that isn't 
 
going to happen in AX 4.0... 
 
Any advice...

two ideas: 
 
1. Delete your local cache files (*.aoc) on the client. 
 
2. Look into the label files with a text editor. If the label files contain 
 
rows with other prefix (e.g. @SYS labels in AxBusEn-Us.ald file), the file 
 
cannot be used.
