was wondering if you can help me with a problem I am trying to solve.
This problem is regarding Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition 10.0.
I've install and configure all the setting such as scans, update and
other user settings. I have also installed the client firewall but I am
having problem
Configuring the firewall policy. When I unlock the server group and I
right click on it and go to all task there is an consol that says
Symantec Client Firewall
When I move my mouse over that option there is another option that says
update all policy now when I click on that it gave me an option to open
an policy,
When that box open up there is no policy for me to open so I am
wondering how can I open a policy if I don't have one, so my question
is am I doing something wrong
Am I doing it the correct way, do I need to get an extension to that
product for the firewall to work or do I need to create a policy and if
so how do I do it. Also in the Symantec
Management consol it showing me that there is no Client Firewall
install on the clients. My guess is that I have to get some kind of
extension or software for it to work but I am not
Really sure. I have also check the Symantec site and I have use google
group but no one seems to know exactly what is going on.
