For the past two days, my CRM users are getting an error when they first try 
 
to access CRM from Outlook.  The error says -- 
 
An error has occurred.  For more information, contact your system 
 
administrator. 
 
After restarting Outlook twice, they are able to use CRM without issue. 
 
Does anyone know why this error is happening and how I can fix it?
