If we send emails from within CRM (and they send fine), shouldn't their 
 
replies show up in CRM as well?  Ours don't.  Any ideas?

If the emailrouter is installed on the Exchange server and the rules are 
 
deployed on the email boxes, the replies should automatically be send to CRM
