Error importing
I received the following error when importing from dev to prod CRM.

Cannot select colomn within a view I want to change
This problem occurs now for the second time (customer). If i want to change a 
 
view I cannot select the colomn which i want to change or remove. I'm logged 
 
in as the administrator. My customers are using CRM SBE 3.0 NL. Other 
 
customers with the same configuration don't have this issue. Tried it at the 
 
server and client, but no difference.

Menubar doesn't work on Outlook.
Hi, 
 
I tested the feature from some clients in the outlook after the installation. 
 
On some clients the Menubar works really fine, but on some the menubar 
 
doesn't work. 
 
I deinstalled the google searchbar and deavtivate the popupblocker in the 
 
internetexplorer and started the client new. 
 
After the Client is started the same problem again. 
 
I deinstalled the crmaddin in the explorer an activate it again. 
 
The same problem...the menubar doesn't works.

Transparent Buttons in Webfrontend?
Hi again, 
 
I tested our new CRM-Installation and it works fine on some clients when I 
 
start the crm from the Webfrontend. I started the Webfrontend with: 
 
http://crm/loader.aspx and it works fine on some clients. 
 
The problem on some clients is, that they can loggon to the webfrontend in 
 
our intranet without any problems, but the active Button on the Menubar is 
 
transparent. 
 
If you use other buttons, the trasparent buttons look like normal. The 
 
problem is on every menubar but ...

Problem with EMail Router after installation.
I have a big problem after installation the email router on the exchange 
 
server. 
 
The email router is installed without any errors on the exchange server. 
 
So I have done it: 
 
I logged on the exchange server with the account I installed crm on the 
 
crm-server. 
 
This User is domain admin in our domain. Another User I created as a normal 
 
Domain user for the forwarding mailbox with a working mailbox. 
 
I installed the emailrouter without any problems on the exchange server.

can't Receive Emai;s from CRM
Hi, 
 
My problem is that when i try to send email to a CRM contact, then it does 
 
not give me any error and creates the email activity successfully with the 
 
token ID. But the contact does not get any email. Even the users in the same 
 
domain don't get any email, sent from CRM. 
 
But if i send email from normal outlook, it works fine... 
 
Any solution.

Distribute Campaign Activity error
I'm trying to use tha activity do distribute campagn activity to create

MSCRMExRouterService Error
Hi, 
 
I`m a little stuck with CRM 3.0. 
 
Strange things are happening with mail delivery to CRM. 
 
I installed the MailRoutingService with no errors, faxes are delivered into 
 
the qeues but maildelivery is not working at all. 
 
The mail is purged but not in any qeue in CRM. 
 
There`s also a warning event ID 0 saying that the message has no attachement. 
 
Anyone got an idea.

Import of customizations
Hi all, 
 
I've ran into a problem with importing customizations. 
 
I have a couple of custom entities and they also have a couple of 
 
relationships to eachother. These end up as lookup fields on the form 
 
of the custom entities. When I do an export and import some of the 
 
custom relationships aren't imported. 
 
I little investigation showed that the attributes used to store the 
 
relationships aren't being exported! They simple aren't included in the 
 
resulting XML file.

workflow working with faxing solution
Hi all 
 
Can you let me know if the following possible? 
 
If im using the fax intergration with MSCRM and it needs to send several 
 
faxes to the same number daily. Can I get the faxing software to queue these 
 
up or a workflow process and make one call say every hour to this number and 
 
send all the faxes at once??

Manual uninstallation of CRM client for Outlook
I am getting the error "Critical error during the installation" when I try to 
 
uninstall the CRM laptop client for Outlook. 
 
I can not do anything since the client does not work and I can not either 
 
uninstall it or reinstall it. 
 
At the event viewer, I get an 11729 event from MsiInstaller. 
 
Could anybody tell me how to uninstall the client manually or how to solve it?

Is it possible to hide the attributes not used in the form in the advanced

I don't use all the standard attributes and it's very confusing for the user

Unable to install Exchange Router on SBS2003 SP1
I am trying to install the Exchange Router on a Win2003 SBS machine with SP1 
 
and all the latest Windows Updates.  However, when I get to the end of the 
 
install wizard, I see the following message: 
 
"The  operating system version 5.2 is not supported by the installed product." 
 
The CMD prompt, as well as the output from ver and winver, all show that I 
 
am running version 5.2.3790.  On several forums I've seen people suggest that 
 
version 5.2 is not SP1, but I just reinstalled SP1 ag ...

Get account name from crmGrid
I have a button in my GUI that needs to get the name of the seleted 
 
item in the grid.

Outlook Client
Same problem as skc. 
 
Using Outlook 2003 
 
There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft CRM server.  The server 
 
might be unavailable.  Try again later.  If the problem persists, contact 
 
your system administrator. 
 
When I click OK, it then says: 
 
An error occurred loading Microsoft CRM functionality.  Try restarting 
 
Microsoft Outlook.  Contact your system administrator if errors persist. 
 
CRM works through the browser and nslookup sees the machine. 
 
It is a SBS and Exchange/CRM are installed on the same machine.

Case description is not migrated
We're in the process of migrating from 1.2 to 3.0. We've done a test 
 
migration of our existing data, and the Description field on each Case 
 
(IncidentBase table) record does not appear to be migrated. 
 
As all of our previous case notes are stored in this field, the information 
 
is vital. There does not appear to be a corresponding field in the new 
 
version. How is this best handled?
