Same problem as skc. 
 
Using Outlook 2003 
 
There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft CRM server.  The server 
 
might be unavailable.  Try again later.  If the problem persists, contact 
 
your system administrator. 
 
When I click OK, it then says: 
 
An error occurred loading Microsoft CRM functionality.  Try restarting 
 
Microsoft Outlook.  Contact your system administrator if errors persist. 
 
CRM works through the browser and nslookup sees the machine. 
 
It is a SBS and Exchange/CRM are installed on the same machine.
