I have a big problem after installation the email router on the exchange
server.
The email router is installed without any errors on the exchange server.
So I have done it:
I logged on the exchange server with the account I installed crm on the
crm-server.
This User is domain admin in our domain. Another User I created as a normal
Domain user for the forwarding mailbox with a working mailbox.
I installed the emailrouter without any problems on the exchange server.
After Installation I have every minute a error in the logfiles like:
MSCRMExRouterService
What should I do.
The result is, that email in our intranet still fine works, but you can't
send any mail from crm to any other peoples outside our company or you can't
get any mail into the crm. The Router doesn't works.......
Is there a solution aviable from my problem?
Have anybody a idea?
