I'd like to be able to disable a field based on which user is viewing

the form. I know I can disable a form in the onLoad with

crmForm.all.<field name>.Disable=true, but I don't how to check and see

who the current user is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jason

Thanks guys, I really appreciate the help. I actually stumbled upon

Lemmen's blog a few minutes ago and was going to post the URL for

anyone else looking at this post. Funny how that works out ya know?

Cheers,

Jason

Hi Jason:

I *know* I have seen an example of this, but I cannot remember where. Try

Michael's awesome JavaScrip examples:
