When CRM s set to track e-mails, contacts receive a msg with the subjct
line CRM00DDDD. I have got response from some people here that you can not
change that. My client decided not to track e-mail because he is being
questions from every contcat about the meaning of the subject line. The
subjct line sould be left for the users to fill and not use that for mail
trackingID. I hope that this can be fixed or may be in a next version.
