ASP.NET, SQL Server, WPF, C#, VB.NET

I get the error I pasted below when using dpmbackup.exe. 
 
What is it and how do I resolve it? The server failing happens to be my most 
 
critical. 
 
Of course this is in preparation for backing up the DPM server to tape. What 
 
will I miss if I continue and backup to tape?

How many volumes are your protecting? Can you help identify for which 
 
volumes the shadow copy could not be created? Also, if you look at the event 
 
log, you'll see a reason for shadow copy failure (from Volsnap). Can you 
 
share that info?
