ASP.NET, SQL Server, WPF, C#, VB.NET

I have been using this program for years.Today 
 
allof a sudden icould not access it. I kept getting this message:"Something 
 
is missing" no matter what I diđAnd I tried everything I know including 
 
reinstalling it). 
 
Microsoft support won't help me.They consider the program obsolite.Help!... 
 
P.S.:By the way "ENZER" appears to be quite knowledgeable on Home Publisher

Are you running this on Win Xp? If so, then perhaps this explains and 
 
provides a solution through compatibility mode?
