Hi Rajesh,

             In your scenario, we can do one thing. Before downloading file we check the file name. If the file name contains  scandinavian letters then, we copy this file and save to server with different name which dont have scandinavian letters and give it to download.

             After downlaod, delete the new file which dont have scandinavian letters.
