Outlook - Users can delete meetings that are booked by other people in outlook 2010

Exchange 2007/Outlook 2010 users.  Using Resource Rooms Calendaring features I have users that will book a meeting and any user WITHOUT admin permissions can delete there meetings  We are using automatic booking configuration below.
