SharePoint - Stop people from deleting folders but they can upload and delete files

I have a document library that I do not want people to delete the folders / move them. They should only e able to upload and delete files. Is this possiblewith MOSS 2007. I created a custom group that can upload only but cant delete but it affects everything.

I quite don't think its possible to make this restriction not to delete other documents but delete his documents...

Check here for all the permissions and access that users/groups can be given and configured to the sites and lists inside sharepoint..
