SQL Server - How to upgrade SQL 2008r2 from evaluation to licensed version?

Hi Friends,

 The SQL 2008 R2 installed in my company has got expired bcoz it is an evaluation version .Now I have a license key for the same.Please suggest me how to do it?

Do I need to uninstall the existing evaluation version and upgrade or upgrade directly?
