WCF/WF - Not able to use wcf service

I created one wcf service and also host it successfully url is http://localhost/test, but when i use http://localhost/test/service.svc then error occurs:
The Error is

Configuration Error

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: An error occurred loading a configuration file: Failed to start monitoring changes to 'F:\WCFService1\web.config' because access is denied.

The exception message is quite clear:

The ASPNET account (or whatever account your app is running under) doesn't have permissions on
'F:\WCFService1\"

So right click on that folder, choose Properties, and then under the Security Tab, Add the correct account and give it Full Control.
