Group member not showing with a checkmark

Jim B posted on Saturday, November 07, 2009 7:23 AM

I just installed Windows 7 and when I looked at one of my groups using
Windows Live Mail I discovered that when I wanted to edit the group the
little check mark that was alongside group members is no longer there. The
group seems to be i ntact but the members are not identified in the list of
available contacts I could add. The little box is to the left of the name but
it is really small and does not identify a contact as being part of the group
or not.
How do I get this feature back as its one I depend on as I add more members
to a group?

On my version of WLM (14.0.8089.0726), there is a little box to the left of
each contact, but no checkmark.
The contacts that are a member of the Category (group) are highlighted with
a pale blue color.

I found it.

I found it. I can now see that members of the group are highlighted a very
light blue. It was so light that I did not notice it at first but it is thre.
Problem solved. (I wish I could control the darkness of the highlight though)
