Solving Streaming Problems with Vista and Windows Medai Player 11

I recently had a problem that i couldn't watch streaming vidoes in opera or firefox browser and then found a solution today.

I found a solution that worked for me and I'm pretty sure it should work for everyone.

I searched google to help me with my problem and found this site. http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/windows.html. This site helped me but didn't give me a solution.  It helped me to find what the problem was and what file i was missing.

I found a fire fox Window MP plugin installer from http://opera-info.de/wiki/Opera/PlugIns#h150-17 .

The exact link is http://port25.technet.com/videos/downloads/wmpfirefoxplugin.exe . I installed the app. It created a folder in C;/Pfiles/Plugins. In that folder was the missing file "np-mswmp.dll".  I then copied the file to my browser plugin folder and restarted opera and it worked.
